Welcome to NEÓVEDIC! I'm Victoria Fey, an independent innovation designer, entrepreneur, and a mother. My journey began after I earned my Bachelor of Arts, which led to a pivotal moment when I won second place in a contest that brought me to New York. Since 1996, I have called this vibrant city home, where my first foray into the fashion world was as an assistant at Dolce & Gabbana's office. I later joined the Emporio Armani flagship store and spent four transformative years at the Pentagram design firm.

 

In 2015, I took a leap of faith and established NEÓVEDIC, a one-woman-run brand specializing in handcrafted heirloom-quality designs. Working from my home studio in Brooklyn, NY, I create pieces that draw inspiration from antique textiles, embroidery, and the beauty of the natural world. Each design is rich in detail, featuring hand-woven patterns, meticulous hand-sawing, and intricate stone settings.

 

My passion for creating unique wearable art is deeply rooted in my family's history. My grandmother often recounted the story of her mother’s wedding planning, where my great-grandmother received a precious gift from her tailor brother: a large piece of silver fabric. This exquisite, shimmering silk was transformed into her wedding dress, complementing her chestnut hair perfectly. This tale has inspired my fascination with crafting wearable silver fabric creations.
